Your Wellness Effect

…Will Reduce your Health Cost

Any good personal or corporate wellness effect plan should include both a diet and exercise strategy. It should be based on the fundamentals of good health, have measurable effect and be replicable from one individual to many.

Here are some of the measurable items we would include in any wellness program:

  • Did the participant see a meaningful change in diet? More more fruits and vegetables, less meat.
  • Did the participant see an increase in the amount of water they drank?
  • Was there a reduction in the amount of fast food and/or soft drinks consumed?
  • Did participants experience an improvement in the quality of their sleep?
  • Did the program increase in their energy level?
  • Did the participants experience an increase in the amount of time they were able to work out?
  • Was there an measurable increase in the quality of their work out?
  • Was there any weight loss (if needed)?
  • During the program did participants experience a reduction in the number of cold or flu-like symptoms?
  • Did the participant decrease in the number of prescriptions or over-the-counter medications taken?
  • Was a decrease in the number of visits to a healthcare provider experienced?
  • Was an  improvement in regularity (bowel movements) experienced?
  • Did the participant report an improvement in their overall appearance and complexion (i.e. healthier hair, stronger nails, clearer skin)?
  • Finally, what percentage of participants report an improvement in their general sense of well-being?

We would recommend that each individual Wellness Effect participant take a survey before and during and after the program is run. Data should be kept confidential. Your interest in it is only to measure the overall results. If possible you could survey a control group to compare results. Sample sizes should be significant enough to be valid, 30 or more participants is ideal.
