The daily challenge one experiences when living with Lyme disease

I started my day breaking out in hives. Never experienced them before and can’t figure out what the trigger was. So I stopped my herbals and all supplements except a “histaquel”.
This seems to slow down the reaction but no clue what I did. Started back up on everything the next day. Then decided to take only one dose for two days to see how it goes.
I did sleep thru the last two nights and got 8 hour plus each night. It just so weird,  I have never been allergic to anything.
So far so good!
What are hives anyway?

Hives, also known as urticaria, are itchy, raised welts that are found on the skin. They are usually red, pink, or flesh-colored, and sometimes they sting or hurt. In most cases, hives are caused by an allergic reaction to a medication or food or a reaction to an irritant in the environment.”, healthline.com.

So they were not Bites. After all these years and research on natural treatment of Lyme disease and general immune support, I understand the message my body was sending via the itchy hives. Slow down review what is new and what is old.

Is stress a factor?

Of course!
I will let you know how it is going next week.
