FD Gifford, is founder ywnh-media, and editor of the ePublication Inspiring Healthy Lifestyles, a certified wellness & health coach, health plan design expert, holds a six sigma black belt in process management, and former human resources executive, who specialized most of his career in employee health benefits. In addition, he works as a consultant, serving small business owners with health design and currently lives near a beach either on Martha’s Vineyard, or Carolina coast.
