Spicy-Sweet Turmeric Smoothie
Ingredients:
- Vegetable smoothie mix (I use Complete Smoothie by Juice Plus) – one scoop
- 1 cup rippend mango
- 1/2 banana frozen
- 1/2 lemon, both zest and juice
- 1 cup coconut water (add more or less for desired texture)
- 1 cup organic whole milk yogurt of choice
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder (or one capsule)
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- Pinch of cayenne
Instructions
1. Blend all ingredients until smooth in a blender of NutriBullet.
2. Decorate with lemon zest.
